
In the case of OneNote, it will not import reminders or encrypted content. Once it’s finished, you’ll be notified of any notes that failed to import.
If you haven’t signed in to OneNote, you’ll be asked to do so.
If there was a problem with the import, there is a link that will help you import your own. All of the notebooks are automatically selected, but you can choose specific ones as well.
The importer will then ask you to choose which notebooks you want to select. enex files for each of your notebooks (but not downloading them to your OneNote account). The importer then goes to work, creating. Otherwise, the importer will simply tell you that you’ve successfully installed it, but won’t go any further. Make sure that your desktop copy of Evernote is closed. (According to the page, it will work for PCs with Windows 7 or later, or Macs with OS X El Capitan 10.11 or later.) Go to the page “ Making the move from Evernote to OneNote” and download the importer. Select Merge in the window that appears next to the notes list. The older version of Evernote for Mac and Evernote for Windows: Check 'Keep copy of original notes' (optional), then select Merge notes. From the pop-up menu, click on the drag handle to the left of the note title and drag and drop the note in the order you’d like. Select the Merge button (combined arrows) in the blue box that appears at the bottom of Evernote. Hold down Ctrl on Windows or Cmd on Mac, and click on the notes you’d like to merge. The new Evernote for Mac and Evernote for Windows: To merge multiple notes into a single note, follow the steps for your operating system below. On the older version of Evernote for Mac and Windows, the original notes are placed in the Trash, where the individual notes can be restored if you’d like to retain them as individual notes, or if you mistakenly merge notes. Before merging the notes, you will also have the option to keep a copy of the original notes on the new Evernote for Mac and Windows. From any Mac or Windows desktop computer, log into the account that contains notes youd like to transfer to another account. In Evernote for Mac or Windows, you can select multiple notes to be combined into a single note. Note merging is not available on Evernote for iOS, Evernote for Android, or Evernote Web.
If you have individual notes that you would like to combine into a single note, you can merge them using Evernote for Mac or Windows.
